Free Standard UK Delivery On Orders over £25

Shipping takes approximately 2-4 working days (excluding weekends, bank holidays and Christmas). We charge £3.95 for orders under £25. Shipping is free for all orders over £25, which will be automatically applied at checkout. This is only applicable to orders in the United Kingdom. 

Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to the Channel Islands, Republic of Ireland and Isle of Man at this time.

My order hasn’t arrived yet?

We aim to deliver all UK standard delivery orders in 2-4 working days. 

The delivery timescales quoted on our website are estimates, and should only be used as guidance. The vast majority of our orders do arrive within these timescales, however, we would ask that you wait 7 working days past the last estimate day, then contact us at customerservice@crazycolor.co.uk

 

Returns & exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you wish to return an item, we are happy to accept returns subject to the conditions below.

Eligibility for Returns

·       Items must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order.

·       Products must be unused and in their original packaging.

·       We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

How to Arrange a Return

If you would like to return your order, please contact us at customerservice@crazycolor.co.uk within 30 days of receiving your order. Our customer service team will provide instructions on how to proceed.

Return Costs

Please note that we do not offer free returns. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or sent in error.

Can I return on order purchased in-store?

Unfortunately, we are unable to process returns or provide support for orders purchased from any of our retail partners. If you purchased your item from a retailer or another website, please contact the store or website directly in accordance with their returns policy.
