1. Eligibility

1.1 The promotion is open to residents of the United Kingdom
aged 18 or over, except employees of the Promoter, their immediate families,
and anyone else professionally associated with the promotion.

1.2 One entry per person for the duration of the promotion
period. Entries are recorded against your email address and browser. Multiple
entries, entries made using multiple email addresses, or entries made using
automated, scripted or bulk methods will be disqualified.

1.3 The Promoter reserves the right to verify the
eligibility of any entrant and to withhold a prize pending verification.

2. How to enter

2.1 During the promotion period, visit https://www.crazycolor.co.uk/pages/instant-win,
complete the on-screen entry form and spin the wheel.

2.2 The promotion uses cookies to record your entry. If you
have not accepted cookies, the entry form will not submit. You will also be
unable to submit the form if you have already played.

2.3 No purchase is necessary to spin the wheel and receive a
code. A minimum spend applies to redeem any code (see clause 4).

2.4 Entries are deemed received only when recorded on the
Promoter's systems. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are
lost, delayed, corrupted, incomplete, or not received for any reason, including
as a result of network, hardware, software or browser failure.

3. Prizes and odds of winning

3.1 Every valid entry receives one prize. Prizes are awarded
at random by a weighted algorithm at the moment of spinning.

3.2 There is no fixed quantity of any individual prize. The
likelihood of receiving each prize is fixed for the duration of the promotion

3.3 The odds of winning any given prize are therefore as
stated in the table above and do not change based on the number of entrants or
prizes already awarded.

3.4 Each prize is issued as a single-use discount code, sent
on screen and by email to the address provided at entry.

4. Prize redemption

4.1 Minimum spend. All codes require a minimum order
value of £10, calculated before delivery charges and after any other
reductions.

4.2 Expiry. All codes expire three (3) days after the
date of issue. Codes cannot be extended, reissued or reinstated once expired,
including where an order is cancelled or returned.

4.3 Single use. Each code may be used once only, by
the recipient, on a single order at Crazy Color. Codes are not transferable and
may not be sold, exchanged or auctioned.

4.4 No combination. Codes cannot be used in
conjunction with any other discount code, offer, promotion, bundle or
subscription discount.

4.5 No cash alternative. There is no cash alternative
to any prize and no part-payment of the value of a prize will be made.

4.6 Product prizes. The free conditioner and free
travel kit are subject to availability and are redeemed by adding the
qualifying item to your basket and applying the code at checkout. Standard
delivery charges and the £10 minimum spend still apply.

4.7 Codes have no cash value and are not exchangeable,
redeemable against gift cards, or valid on delivery charges or gift cards.

4.8 If an order to which a code has been applied is
cancelled or returned, the refund will be for the amount actually paid. The
code will not be reissued.

5. Substitution and amendment

5.1 The Promoter reserves the right to substitute any prize
with an alternative of equal or greater value where circumstances beyond its
reasonable control make this necessary, including where a product prize becomes
unavailable.

5.2 The Promoter reserves the right to amend these terms, or
to suspend, cancel or withdraw the promotion, at any time where it is necessary
to do so for reasons outside its reasonable control. Where this happens, the
Promoter will not unfairly affect entrants who have already received a valid
code.

6. Marketing and data protection

6.1 The personal data you provide at entry will be used by
the Promoter to administer the promotion, issue and validate your code, and
verify eligibility.

6.2 You may separately choose to opt in to receive marketing
emails from the Promoter by ticking the relevant box on the entry form. Opting
in is optional and is not a condition of entry. You can withdraw your consent
at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email or by contacting customerservice@crazycolor.co.uk

6.3 Where you place an order, the Promoter may contact you
about similar products and services in accordance with applicable law. You may
opt out at any time.

6.4 The Promoter is the data controller for the purposes of

7. General

7.1 The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any
entrant it reasonably believes has breached these terms, tampered with the
operation of the promotion, or acted fraudulently or in bad faith, and to
cancel any code issued to them.

7.2 The Promoter's decision in relation to any aspect of the
promotion is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into.

7.3 The Promoter accepts no liability for any loss, damage
or disappointment arising from participation in the promotion or from
acceptance or use of any prize, save that nothing in these terms limits
liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

7.4 This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed,
administered by or associated with any social media platform.

7.5 These terms are governed by the laws of England and
Wales and entrants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of
England and Wales.

7.6 This promotion is administered in accordance with the
